HOW STERLING E-STATEMENTS WORK:

The day after the end of your statement period, you will receive an e-mail directing you to a secure web site to retrieve your e-statement. You may view your statement and the images of paid checks (fronts and backs) on-screen. You can also download and save your statement to your computer, so that you can easily locate a particular statement in moments. Plus, you have the ability to print a copy whenever you need one. Sterling e-statements are provided in an Adobe Acrobat (PDF) file format.

By electing to receive Sterling e-statements in lieu of paper statements sent by regular mail, you can:
